Dementia Care

The news that a loved one has dementia carries a great deal of weight. It’s upsetting and disheartening. There are so many questions, so many fears, and so many plans that need to be decided.

We want families to know that they are not alone in this; they do not have to go through this without help, and our team is committed to enabling dementia patients to maintain the sense of normalcy that is critical to their well-being.

The Heartfelt Care at Home team of caregivers provides in-home assistance and attention so our clients with dementia are able to stay in their home. Allowing them to remain part of the world they’ve always known — with easy access to the people and things they love — is ideal for both their physical and mental health as they live with this diagnosis.

With our special education in dementia care, we will develop specialized plans for each patient based on their needs and the wishes of their loved ones.
