All of our caregivers go through a comprehensive and industry-leading orientation and training program at their time of hire. Our caregivers receive a completion certificate as a Personal Care Worker and meet all State of Colorado requirements for experience and passing a hands-on care assessment before coming onto the team.

We perform a thorough nationwide background check and drug screen at the time of hire, as well as routinely throughout each employees career at Heartfelt Care at Home! This is a fantastic question! It’s not that we don’t work with Medicare, it is that Home care services are not covered by Medicare. This is a common misunderstanding. Because of this, services are often times paid for privately.  Fortunately, as one of Colorado’s most experience home care providers, Heartfelt Care at Home can assist you in exploring alternate ways to pay for care. This can include private pay, long-term care insurance, local care grants and vouchers, and Veterans Administration benefits.
